Our journey started with a dream, not a franchise. After spending two years researching, learning and perfecting recipes, we turned a passion for creating desserts into Auckland’s first dedicated gelato destination in Avondale. Rather than following someone else’s formula, we chose to build a brand from the ground up, creating unique recipes and flavours that reflect creativity, quality and community.

Inspired by traditional Italian gelato-making techniques and crafted in small batches, every flavour is made with care using quality ingredients. Alongside timeless favourites, we love creating bold, Indian-inspired flavours that offer something truly different while still celebrating the creamy texture and rich taste of authentic gelato.
